Fuel Whistle

How It Works:
|
|
|
While the tank is being filled a ‘whistling’
sound is produced by the “Fuel Whistle”.
|
|
|
|
|
|
The sound is loud enough to be heard from
any point on the boat. It will be audible in a strong breeze or
with any normal surrounding sounds. As the tank approaches
full, the sound turns to a ‘warble’ and when completely full it
immediately stops. This is the signal to stop the fueling
process before any spill occurs.

Installation:

The 5/8" fuel vent line is cut near
the fuel tank and the "Fuel Whistle" is inserted into
the vent line with the arrows facing the hull vent and clamped
(clamps included). The "Fuel Whistle" should be
oriented within 45 degrees of vertical to allow for proper
drainage. It can be held in place with 2 stainless steel screws
inserted into the molded mounting ears to secure the correct
orientation.

Super Soaker

The "Super Soaker" absorbs
water from under the oil, fuel or fluid. Absorption will
normally take a few minutes. To check for water absorption,
remove the "Super Soaker". If the inner sock is
bulging, it has absorbed water. Remove when it is full. A
partially absorbs sock may be reused until it is full.
